Lee Kuan Yew (LKY) School of Public Policy was established in 2004 in partnership with Harvard Kennedy School, which is a part of National University of Singapore which ranked amongst top 3 universities of Asia. LKY School is offering Scholarships for which applicants from Pakistan are also encouraged to apply. The details are as under:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Should be a Pakistani/AJK national.

Maximum 30 years of Age for MPP and 25 to 35 years of age for MPA.

Having 1-5 years of experience in Public/Private Sector for Master of Public Policy and 5-15 years experience for Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a proven trajectory in positions of leadership. High-level decision making and a strong commitment to public service.

Having four (4) years Bachelors Degree or equivalent.

Valid IELTS / TOEFL proof (as mentioned on the website).

In case of Online Application, applicants are required to submit the final print of Application Form with Financial Aid Form to HEC with All Required Documents i.e. attested copies of Transcripts, Degrees, Certificates attested from IBCC and HEC with other relevant requirements as mentioned on the link given at Eligibility Criteria Tab.

In case of Paper Application Form, applicants are required to completely fill the Application Form with Financial Aid Form to HEC with All Required Documents i.e. attested copies of Transcripts, Degrees, Certificates attested from IBCC and HEC with other relevant requirements as mentioned on the above link.

Applicants are required to send only One (1) copy of each HEC Application form (
Click here to Download) and LKY Online/Paper Application form of concerned program+ Financial Aid Form.

Applications which are not containing any of the documents mentioned above or mentioned on LKY School’s website will not be entertained. Those applicants, who do not have any of the documents, should NOT apply in this scholarship scheme.

Applicants are required to submit essays as required by LKY. (Where applicable).
