Policies and Procedures

·         Recruitment Policy:

HEC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. As and when required we advertise jobs in National newspapers as well as on HEC Job Portal. Initially all the received applications are scrutinized as per the advertised criteria, then merit is prepared considering the test score and academic performance. It bears 50% weight. The remaining 50% is allocated to interview. Selection is purly made on merit through a very transparent process under the HEC Recruitment Rules 2009.

  • Scrutiny on the basis of advertised criteria

 

  • Process Test (NTS/Local)

 

  • Interview

 

  • Offer Job to the top performer in Merit List
