  • The attestation of degrees/transcripts and diplomas awarded by the chartered universities/degree awarding institutions of Pakistan both in public and private sector was transferred to the Higher Education Commission by the Government of Pakistan in May, 2010.

  • The Higher Education Commission is the sole regulatory body of higher education in Pakistan

  • “Determine the equivalence and recognition of degrees, diplomas and certificates awarded by institutions within the country and abroad"

  • Timing : 9:00 am to 03 pm (except 1 pm to 2 pm) Every working day.
  • Focal person :Mr. Asif Iqbal (Superintendent).
  • Desk will address the general queries/complaints relating to Attestation & A Division.
