Higher Education Commission places advertisements of all its programs and projects, vacancy announcements and tenders in national Urdu and English newspapers to invite applications from those eligible. Similar detailed information is also available on the HEC and Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) websites with downloadable forms with the facility to submit them online along with those who prefer submitting hardcopy of the documents.
